Your Game Key or Software License is automatically sent to you by e-mail right after you place the order on our website. Please make sure you typed in your e-mail address correctly and you checked your e-mail for your completed order e-mail which includes your Game or License key, if you don’t see it on your e-mail’s inbox please check your Jumk/SPAM folder in case it got sent there by mistake. If you typed in your e-mail address wrong and didn’t get your e-mail, please contact us immediately and let us know at support@jtggaming.com.
All purchased game keys or software license keys on our website are in the “My Account” portion of our website, simply login to our site and go to “My Account” and you will find all your purchased game keys or software licenses there. As you can see on the screenshot below.
