Agents of Mayhem is a vibrant, over-the-top open-world third-person action game from the studio behind the Saints Row series. Set in a parallel universe connected to that franchise, the game drops players into a futuristic version of Seoul, South Korea—the City of Tomorrow—where a shadowy supervillain organization known as LEGION has seized control after a coordinated global assault called Devil’s Night.

Led by the mysterious Morningstar, LEGION’s Ministries (themed around the Seven Deadly Sins) now dominate cities worldwide. Seoul has become the personal domain of Doctor Babylon and the Ministry of Pride, a collection of mad scientists and flamboyant villains. Opposing them is MAYHEM (Multinational Agency Hunting Evil Masterminds), an elite task force of Super Agents recruited from around the world. Operating from their mobile headquarters, the ARK, these agents have free rein to cause as much chaos as necessary to dismantle LEGION’s plans.

Players select teams of three agents at a time and can switch between them on the fly during missions and free exploration. Each of the playable agents brings a distinct personality, combat style, primary weapon, special abilities, and Mayhem power—ranging from shotgun-wielding sailors and dual-blaster sky pirates to freeze-ray experiments, hitmen, and gadget-focused specialists. Building the right trio and customizing their loadouts, skills, and gadgets becomes a core part of the experience as you tackle story missions, agent unlock operations, personal side stories, and roaming threats across the city.

The open world of Seoul mixes neon-drenched streets, high-tech districts, underground lairs, and rooftop traversal. Agents can triple-jump, use unique mobility options, or commandeer vehicles while clearing LEGION forces, shutting down doomsday devices, and facing larger-than-life bosses. The tone draws heavily from Saturday-morning cartoons, comic-book superheroics, and 1980s action shows, blending explosive combat, humor, and colorful character banter.
