Due to the nature of our products, being digital goods, we cannot accept any returns or issues any refunds once your game key or license key has been sent to you, as it would have already been sent to you there is no way for us to take it back and you would already have the game key or license key that you had already bought. You may ask for a refund or for us to cancel your order if we have not yet sent you your game or license key. If for some reason your game or license key does not work, which shouldn’t really happen at all, then we can issue you either a replacement or a refund for your order, only if proof can be provided and verified.
We are not here to scam anyone or just steal anyone’s money, so if you have any issues with your order please do let us know, and we will try and help you the best we can to resolve the issues with you.
